Susan Moore

Susan MooreSusan has worked at director level for leading financial institutions in London and Sydney including Crédit Suisse and UBS Asset Management where she spent nine years as PA to one of the UK’s most influential investors. In this role, she liaised with clients and the Press, undertook research projects and managed a support team. She then moved on to an airline and as Office Manager was responsible for organising events in the UK and overseas as well as PR and marketing support. She has an honours degree in Social and Political Science.

Susan founded Moore VA in 2006 to provide virtual assistance to companies who want an experienced assistant without the cost of employing staff or renting office space. She is the winner of the National Virtual Assistant of the Year 2008 Award and manages a
diverse portfolio of clients with the help of a team of skilled VAs.

Stephanie Windsor

Stephanie WindsorStephanie Windsor has over 18 years experience in the business world. Prior to establishing herself as a successful Virtual PA and Office Manager, she was one of the founding members of SVG Capital’s public equity division. She also spent seven years as a Director-level Executive Assistant with UBS Global Asset Management, worked as an Office and Events Manager organising conferences and seminars in the UK and overseas, and was a journalist at a leading financial magazine. Stephanie has a real enthusiasm for moving small businesses forward, paying particular attention to their strategic and HR requirements. She has a Masters degree in occupational psychology, an honours degree in psychology, a Certificate in Stress Management and is certified by the British Psychological Society (BPS) to provide aptitude and ability testing.

Martina Munzittu

Martina MunzittuMartina has 18 years’ experience as a PA, mostly in the academic/scientific world.  She began her career at the University of London then moved to a Research Centre in Italy before returning to England where she joined the European Bioinformatics Institute in Cambridge.  She has worked with scientists from many disciplines including biologists, physicists, mathematicians, informaticians and biochemists and specialises in the science, ICT and pharma sectors.

Martina speaks Italian (her mother tongue), good French and excellent English.

Mary Moody

Mary MoodyMary Moody has over 20 years experience working as a Personal Assistant at Vice President level for Kraft Foods Middle East & Africa (part of the Phillip Morris group).  Having worked at a senior level in a fast moving multi-national company, Mary has a wealth of experience in organising complicated travel itineraries, managing ever changing diaries as well as providing all levels of administration and secretarial support.

Caroline Green

Susan MooreCaroline Green has over 25 years experience in the business world. She worked as a personal assistant at director level for Chartered Trust plc (a subsidiary of Standard Chartered Bank) for 8 years, before moving into the travel and tourism industry. She has worked in a number of European countries and in North America in administrative and operational positions. Her experience in this industry covers both the corporate and leisure markets, and includes conference and event planning, logistics, and managing a small business. Caroline is now based in Canada and has established herself as a Virtual Assistant supporting small businesses and entrepreneurs.

Helen Jones

Susan MooreHelen Jones is a proficient project manager, business administrator and researcher, with over 15 years experience in different market sectors. She works with international business owners especially those with activities in Portugal. She specialises in helping her clients to capitalise on the use and organisation of company data, particularly in the fields of marketing and customer service.

Before establishing herself as a VA, Helen worked with three other business partners running a property development company for five years. Focussed primarily on new build construction, her main responsibilities were business administration and marketing.

Prior to this Helen worked for large global organisations in the IT and telecoms industries, firstly in market research and as a Market Analyst
and then in organisational development and operations. She also has
experience in HR, recruitment and training.

Her breadth of experience and skills ensures she can add value at all
levels within a business enterprise. Helen has an honours degree in
Business Studies and German, the CIM Diploma in Marketing and the CIPD
Diploma in Personnel Management.

Jacqueline Long

Susan MooreAs a senior Personal and Executive Assistant, Jacqueline spent over 17 years working alongside board level executives in various companies based in the City of London . During that time she gained valuable knowledge of various business sectors including insurance, finance, advertising, marketing, event management and personnel.

In addition, Jacqueline has a broad knowledge and understanding of the organisational requirements of high-profile executives working in different time zones and has spent time supervising other administrative assistants to achieve the highest standards in office support.

Jacqueline has extensive knowledge of the travel industry, corporate sponsorships and hospitality, and has arranged events all over the UK
and overseas, including the USA . Jacqueline set up a Virtual Assistant
business in 2008 and after less than a year was awarded the Runner-
Up Award at the National VA of the Year Awards, 2009.
